What is Reiki? (pronounced Ray-Key)
Reiki is a method of natural energy healing based on the use of Universal Life Energy. It is channeled through the practitioner’s hand to the patient. It was rediscovered by Dr Usai in the 19th century.

Everyone experiences Reiki differently although feelings of deep relaxation are usually felt by all. Some feel a tingling or a warm sensation whilst others find themselves in a deep meditative state and drift off to sleep. Others feel rejuvenated and energised.
