My journey with Shiatsu started in 2010. I was suffering from stress and tension after being made redundant following Local Government.re-organisation. Shiatsu literally turned my life around and helped me recover from the stress and fatigue. Inspired by the improvement to my own health and well-being, along side my deep interest in complementary therapies and healing, I decided to re-train to become a Shiatsu practitioner. So in 2011, combining my passion for horses and Shiatsu, I embarked on a two and a half year Equine Shiatsu Practitioner course, followed by a three year Human Shiatsu Practitioner course. |
